Among our 5000 olive trees, about 900 belong to a special variety called Olivastra, peculiarity of the latter lies is age. These plants count for a thousand years of age and despite this they boast of a splendor and mammoth size compared to the most current.

Olivastraia Millenium comes from a careful selection of fruits of the most beautiful millenary olive trees and a subsequent exclusive pressing and extraction in our Frantoio.
To emphasize value, image of each bottle is hand painted by a local artisan and accompanied by a pruned wood.
